Ciao a tutti,
spero che abbiate passato un bel Natale........Come tutte, anche noi ci stiamo organizzando per la festa di San Silvestro. Certo che le temperature esterne non aiutano molto, però tutto sommato c'è il riscaldamento e quindi ci possiamo sbizzarrire con vestitini di tutti i generi anche quelli più corti e scollati.
Tempo fa ne ho preparato uno per una nostra cliente, proprio per un evento speciale e le serviva qualcosa di semplice ma allo stesso tempo che "colpisse"!!

Looking out dalla vetrina, ogni tanto passa una macchina, come se fosse lì per caso, mentre tutto il resto è immobile,  sotto un bellissimo manto nevoso.

Questo clima quasi fiabesco  ci ha ispirate......eccovi qualche foto.

  Questa sciarpa scaldacollo è piuttosto elegante nella scelta del colore e dello swaroski nel fiore!!

 Sempre il classico blu!

  Un bel grigio, del blu e qualche piuma che lo impreziosisce!!

 Un bel gioco di colori: rosso, blu, viola.....

 Anche qui i colori si intrecciano tra di loro formando un elegante cerchio!

  E poi il marrone, sempre molto chic!!

 Infine, il verde accostato al marrone...... che meraviglia !!

Biscuits Gingerbread Tutorial

Ciao a tutti! Fuori nevica, fa molto freddo e mi è venuta una gran voglia di farmi una bella cup of tea with biscuits ..... Hmmmm! Just the other day I made the delicious bisccottini Gingerbread, the famous "Gingerbread Man".

Here's the recipe:

For the construction of 18 biscuits "Omini gingerbread" - ie "Gingerbread Man "

3 cups flour 2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 / 4 teaspoon ground cloves

1 / 4 teaspoon di noce moscata macinata

1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato

1/2 cucchiaino  di lievito in polvere per dolci

1 1/2 cucchiaini di sale fino

6 cucchiai da tavola burro a temperatura ambiente

1/2 tazza  zucchero di canna

1 uovo grande

3/4 di tazza di melassa

2 tazze di zucchero a velo

4 cucchiaini di albume in polvere (polvere di meringa)

 Procedimento:

Mettere in  una grande ciotola :  la farina, lo zenzero, i chiodi di garofano, la noce moscata, il bicarbonato, il lievito e il sale. A parte,  sbattere il burro con lo zucchero di canna fino a che diventa una spuma, aggiungere l’uovo e la melassa.  Dopo aver raggiunto un bel composto, aggiungere gradualmente il composto farinoso precedentemente preparato così ottenendo un impasto omogeneo.

 Dividere la pasta in due parti e stenderli in dischi. Avvolgerli nella pellicola e posizionarlo nel frigo per almeno due ore in modo che si solidifichi. ( il composto può rimanere nel frigo per 2 giorni, oppure 3 mesi nel congelatore).

Preriscaldare il forno a 200°. Stendere il composto su due fogli di carta da forno leggermente infarinata. Rimuovere paper, cut the dough with the outline of the "Gingerbread Man" and place them on parchment paper.

For softer cookies, bake for 8 to 10 minutes for crisper cookies, bake for 11 12 minutes. Transfer the biscuits on a rack to cool completely.

Finally prepare the frosting: In a large bowl put the icing sugar, egg white powder and 1 / 4 cup water and beat until a liquid cream. Place the frosting in a pastry bag and decorate the cookies as you like!

In another open day, I made a fairy felt.

Required materials.

2 pre-cut daisies of different colors (1 for 1 for the skirt and under-skirt)

head felt a little

colored felt to the top of the dress, white felt for wings

Felt a little flower

wool for hair

felt flesh-colored 2-wire for the legs and arms

satin ribbon and 4 small hot glue swaroski

scissors, needle and thread

Glue the two daisies incorporating legs

Glue a round piece of felt incorporating arms.

prepare the head and glue the hair of wool

Glue the head on the basis of high body. Quit with the strings of colored satin ribbon.

Prepare the shoes and glue them, decorate them with the Swarovski.

Cut two leaves to decorate the dress, paste it above the rose.

Cut the wings from white felt and glue.
